The Maiorana Group was founded in 1926. The founder, Rocco Maiorana, ahead of his time, had identified and put into practice a corporate philosophy that set a priority objective: Quality.
Drawing on the heritage of experience passed down through generations and through continuous research, experimentation, and innovation, Maiorana Costruzioni S.r.l. has now achieved very high-quality standards. Modern equipment, the expertise of technicians, managers, and specialized workers, as well as careful planning of work that translates into significant savings through resource and time optimization, effectively combine the right Quality/Price ratio, where the predominant weight is reserved for Quality.
The company implements a Quality, Safety, and Environmental management system. The current Quality System, applied according to the ISO 9001:2008 STANDARD, is always aimed at optimizing organizational efficiency, improving customer service, and maintaining certification from a recognized certifying body. The Safety System, applied according to the ISO 45001:2018 STANDARD, aims to ensure maximum safety in the workplace. Finally, the Environmental system, applied according to the ISO 14001:2015 STANDARD, increasingly aims to safeguard the environment in which we live.
Organization
The company is structured according to the following functions: Sales – Technical/Production – Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, and Environment – Administration and Management Control – Human Resources and Legal Area.
Staffing
The company’s personnel, in addition to the experience gained in various sectors of work, from civil to industrial, have acquired, by working for years within petrochemical industrial plants, extensive and in-depth experience.
Equipment
The company has a wide range of machinery, including earthmoving equipment, trucks, cranes and approx. 15,000 m3 of proprietary scaffolding. Additionally, the Insulation Division has a modern workshop for the prefabrication of insulated components, made with high-precision and quality plasma cutting techniques.
Modello 231
Maiorana Costruzioni S.r.l. has adopted and implemented an Organization, Management, and Control Model to prevent the commission of crimes under Legislative Decree 231/01. It consists of a “General Part” and a “Special Part” along with related attachments. An integral part of the Model 231 is the “Code of Ethics,” which defines the principles of behavior that Maiorana Costruzioni considers essential to adhere to in carrying out its activities. The company promotes the widest possible dissemination and disclosure, both internally and externally, of the principles contained therein. The task of supervising compliance with and the functioning of the Model 231 has been entrusted to a Supervisory Body with autonomous powers of initiative and control.

Safety
Safety and health in the workplace is a commitment for everyone, manifested not only in the respect for safe and correct behaviors in carrying out one’s work but also in constantly creating the most suitable conditions for this to happen. To this end, the Management of Maiorana Costruzioni S.r.l. has decided to implement and implement a Workplace Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018, in compliance with current laws and taking into account the nature and size of the company’s risks.
